Wagyu is often portrayed as an expensive steak that only the luxury can afford, and is priced hundreds in restaurants. We want to spread the love for steaks so its accessible to everyone at a reasonable cost.

Why Australian Wagyu? When it comes to Wagyu, it is common knowledge that Japanese A5 Wagyu is the best of the best and is the ultimate steak. The other common form of Wagyu is American Wagyu, however it is no where close in terms of the marbling of Japanese Wagyu. We like to think of Australian Wagyu as a happy median: Fatty enough for you to enjoy the quality of our meat, and meaty enough for you to enjoy as a meal and not as a delicacy. Australian Wagyu steaks will make you enjoy every bite and not feel like it is too much or too little of anything.
