     Winner of the World Steak Challenge and the Triple Crown Steak Challenge in 2019, our Australian Filet Mignon is sustainably family farmed in Darling Downs, Queensland Australia. The cattle are grass-fed and certified free from hormones, growth promotants, and GMOs. Sourced from the tenderloin, a long and lean muscle, this cut is unquestionably the most buttery and tender piece. With little to no fat, the sweetness from the filet will make your mouth water.
