Angus Striploin
Also known as the New York Strip Steak, the Angus Striploin is one of the most popular and easiest to cook! Cattles are 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, rich in vitamins, and packed with nutrients. This well-marbled boneless muscle is located right below the backbone of the cattle, near the tenderloin. It has a distinctive wall of fat running along the outside of the cut, allowing the steak to remain juicy throughout the cooking process. Almost as tender as a filet, Angus Striploin is one of the most tender and flavorsome steaks. Tip: Cook the fat first by turning the steak on the side! As it melts, the juices are left on the pan to help retain all of the wonderful flavors!
